Making Gyoza with Nanay

I love gyoza! And what’s more, making gyoza is fun, too! In this video, Nanay and I made gyoza at home. It’s very easy to make. We bought the gyoza skins at the supermarket. For ingredients, we used cabbage, garlic, and ground pork. It is a bit tricky to wrap the skin around the filling with my little hands, and in my exasperation I even threw one gyoza on the plate, heheh. Oh well, I just let Nanay do the rest of the wrapping. Sa kainan na lang ako babawi. :)
